Terms At Vibrant Lighting

At Vibrant Lighting our terms of service are clearly explained. We meet with you to discuss a lighting plan that would most enhance your property for the holidays or for special events. We will provide you with a free estimate of the costs without any obligation on the customer's part to purchase a lighting package. Once we have come to an agreement, we send out lighting installers to your property to take care of hanging the lights. They will make sure all lighting is in working condition and to your satisfaction. When the season or event has past, we will send out a lighting professional to take down the lights and we will provide storage for those lights.

Limited Life Time Warranty is offered on all lights purchased and installed by Vibrant Lighting. Should lights, in Vibrant Lighting's opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Vibrant Lighting will repair or replace this product at no charge. (Provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, accident, misuse, disaster or non-Vibrant Lighting authorized installation, modification, or repair.)
